Mina graduated from Sacred Heart University with a B.S. in Business Administration and has an accounting background. Mina has worked in insurance for 20 years and provides service for commercial and personal lines clients. Mina brings such compassion to the office she will go the extra step to comfort clients. She remembers a particular claim where the client was so shaken from a car accident, that Mina hugged her client and helped her client through the entire claim process. Needless to say, the client was so thankful for her patience and compassion.

Lisa graduated from Briarwood College with a degree in Business Management. She completed insurance licensing at Fairfield University and has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. You will find Lisa fishing with her boys at one of the local lakes, enjoying the outdoors with her husband or shopping with her daughter. Lisa is involved with the high school booster club that helps raise scholarship funds for student athletes.

Drew is a graduate of Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY with a B.A. in economics and management. Andrew joined his father 14 years ago and has continued the Rose tradition of excellent customer service. Drew is a certified insurance counselor specializing in business insurance covering General Liability, Business Auto, Workers Compensation and Bonding. Drew plays just as hard during his off-hours running, hiking, playing golf and spending time with his family. On his bucket list is experiencing Mardi Gras.

She has a strong determination to take on challenges with a belief that through focused efforts and persistence positive results will occur. Over the course of her life, she has worked in many different fields and found her passion in Business Management & Human Resources. Jennifer easily builds rapport with customers and employees alike. When she is not working, she is enjoying spending time with her family whether it be camping, playing out in the yard or simple relaxing on a rainy day.

Carlos is an passionate client advocate. His expertise writing business with numerous carriers will support clients needs seeking exceptional coverage at a competitive premium. Carlos is active member and ambassador of the local Chamber of Commerce and also volunteers with local non-profit organizations to facilitate insurance educational seminars geared towards First Time Homebuyers. When not at work, Carlos enjoys spending time outdoors with his family Fishing, Hiking, going on Bike rides, and coaching his son in Oxford Little League Baseball . As a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Carlos is an enthusiastic UConn Athletics fanatic!

Vanessa’s favorite part of working at Rose Insurance Agency is that she gets to speak with her clients and build trusting relationships every day.

Vanessa graduated from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She began her insurance career at State Farm in Newtown, CT as a customer service representative and later moved into account management. As a personal lines agent, she has in-depth knowledge in handling property and casualty claims and finding her clients the right coverage for their needs.
When not at work, Vanessa enjoys wine-tasting with friends, or relaxing at home with her beau, Jonathan, and the best dog ever, Santi Bear!
